FAQs

Do you offer in person visits?

No, at this time Vitality Hormone and Wellness is only offering online telemedicine appointments to those physically present in the state of Washington at the time of visit. However, our hopes is to soon have a physical establishment. Stay tuned for updates!!

Do you take insurance?

No. And here is why. When a practitioner contracts with an insurance company, the insurance company dictates which services can be covered, which limits the quality of care I can provide. Insurance companies are not in the business of keeping you healthy- they are interested in making a profit off of you. Given the extended time i spend with each client, taking insurance in not in yours or my best interest

How much do your services cost?

Our services have a straightforward pricing structure since we are a cash-based business. We do not work with insurance, which means there are no limitations or surprises or waiting for approvals. All costs are provided upfront, allowing you to plan your budget with confidence. We have many different services so prices will vary but will be discussed prior to you making any decisions. Please reach out for specific pricing details based on the services you need.

Why not see my regular doctor for this?

Many effective hormone therapies are not covered by insurance. This is particularly true for women in midlife or those using medications to boost health and performance. Through Vitality Hormone and Wellness, we give you access to healtcare that works without any limitations. Insurance is structured around "illness" and "sick care". We are here to be preventative and proactive helping you feel your best now.

Can you be my primary care provider?

Although I am a board certified nurse practitioner, my practice structure here does not allow me to be available to the degree necessary to be your PCP.  However, I am happy to work with your PCP to ensure you are getting the best care possible.

Can I use my insurance for labs and medications?

Yes! You can use your insurance for labs and select non-compounded medications.

What is your cancellation policy?

I understand life happens. If possible please cancel 48 hrs in advance. Otherwise, a $50 cancellation fee could apply.
